Welcome to The Preserve at Sharp Mountain Property Owners Association website!

The Preserve at Sharp Mountain is a 1600 acre gated community in the mountains of central Pickens County, Georgia. The entire community is designed to incorporate and appreciate the distinctive natural features of the land including waterfalls, lakes, boulders, and vista views of the beautiful Cohutta Mountains.  The Preserve at Sharp Mountain Property Owners Association (POA) exists to serve the community by managing and maintaining the finances, covenants, and physical amenities.

Residents and land owners within The Preserve at Sharp Mountain take special pride in the quality of life offered by our numerous parks, gorgeous natural features, and spacious lot sizes. These comforts are balanced by the convenience of shopping, a hospital, and a major thoroughfare, only ten minutes from the East Gate. The large commerce, transportation, and cultural center of Atlanta, Georgia is a little over one hour to the south - and can be seen from higher southward facing lots within the Preserve.
